Fern Hill Primary School ensures that all personal data we collect about pupils, parents, staff and other individuals is collected, stored and processed in accordance with data protection regulations.
The privacy notices attached below provide information on how we process data.
Also attached below is a consent form relating to the taking and processing of photographic images. All parents and guardians are required to complete this consent form when their child joins Fern Hill and again when their child moves into Year 3, if applicable.

Complaints
We endeavour to provide the best possible education for all of our pupils in an open and transparent environment and will always seek to act in their best interests. If you have a concern, we ask that you work in partnership with the school to address this. Most matters can be resolved quickly and informally, without the need to escalate to the formal process.
The Complaints Procedure document attached below lays out the procedures by which parents/carers can raise a concern or make a complaint about a school.
