Medicines in School

Medicines can be administered to children while they are at school.

All parents/carers should complete the 'Medicines in school form' giving clear instructions and permission to administer medicine to your child.

All medicines should be clearly marked with the child's name and dose.

We expect your child (especially the older ones) to try to remind us. If you want to make sure that your child has had the medicine please feel free to telephone us. Alternatively you may like to come into school to administer the medicines yourself. You may feel happier keeping your child at home while they are on medication.
